Thinking of Taking 1-2 month gap for mental stability... After gap would companies push for low salary?

My skills are AWS , Linux , DEVOPS --terraform ETL Abinitio.

Total -9.7 years .. Now 17LPA thinking for taking gap for 2 months for more upskilling and mental stability. ?

I would be expecting 25-30LPA after that what pros and cons can be there..?

P.s -- I have backup savings for survival.

Genuine thought explanation would be appreciated..❤️🤝

Hi @Numb_Nerd , u aren't alone, I have felt the same several times. I couldn't do it because of my family needs, fear, etc. but I found a workaround, I started taking Friday or Monday as holidays, now with weekend we have 3 days off continuously. I planned that every month has four weekends, in my case +3 days. So 3*4 = 12 days (on and off, bot fixed bhai, depends on project needs, approval vagera vagera). But with 10-12 days a month, I planned a pretty good schedule, only gym in morning, remaining entire time dedicated to learning new tools and platforms. It was quite helpful. Try it once

Just don't work for 1-2 months or take less work load, ,get your sanity back , and then find a new job, but don't resign before getting a new journey job.
