Thinking of Switching, already fed up with TCS
It's been 6 months since I've joined TCS. I'm not liking my work. It's a support project in BFSI unit. I'm thinking of switching to a new company. I have started studying for the same too. Is it right thing or should I wait?
You are at right path. Start giving interviews and switch.
People these days are switching a lot, which is actually a very good thing, because trust me I see CVs myself, All the CVs I see, people have 5 companies in 5 years, and TBH I am completely fine with it, because a individual will be at a company where he feel comfortable and his needs are being fulfilled. In 2025, It is companies liability to hold an employee and not vice versa. And those who say that there are too many unemployment in india and they will come and do your work, trust me there are not, Hiring is a really expensive process, I cannot waste my resources again and again in finding the candidates.
