Not getting a project from last 3 months because of internal tagged team , now they want me to go for network projects because they don’t have my tech project and don’t want to release me as a resource to go on bench. What should i do , should i take network project or should i resign ?

Take the network project for now. It’s better to stay employed while you look for other opportunities. Resigning without a backup plan is risky.
