Trending @Infosys; Thinking of quitting without job offer !
I am fed up of my current role and my current project. There is too much toxicity , micro management, regionalism , no work life balance. What are my options if i dont quit? I heard we can apply for IJPs and current manager wont know until we are selected anywhere. Please help guys. Or can i quit and hope to get a job soon in this market as a Functional Test Analyst
Toxicity, micromanagement is ok. But regionalism?? I am hearing for first time. Can someone please elaborate?
Regionalism as in if u r from North south east west, they discriminate based on where u come from I guess. I have heard it happens quite often
Regionalism like these guys have hidden tendency to explain or talk in tamil only as they belong from there . And me being from northern part of India, obviously cant understand. I just drop drom call when they do that. Even i have a tendency sometimes , if anyone knows hindi , i also should speak,but i ask first, else i use english language only
I would say listen of your inner voice..if your gut feeling says then quit within notice period you will get more opportunities…

Ijp is scame mate
75% of time ijp is done and candidates are pre decided already
25% of time u may get lucky .....
I also an trying ijp but i ubderstood its scam
If you're eligible try for bridge but it will take time, ijp even if you apply chances are almost zero that you will get selected

Try for IJP once you are selected then only ur manager get to know and won't stop you he has release you in 60 days.paralellt look for job
