Tell your manager about your offer, tell them that you have no intention of leaving if they are willing to match the offer you have.

How i see it is you have 2 options, either stay or leave. My suggestions:

  1. Inform manager about the offer and see if they're matching the responsibilities and compensation. 2.Only if you're sure the other company is good, leaving the company you joined recently is also okay. It's your life you're talking about. You don't have to burn the bridges. Be at your best and resign, keep in touch with the team. It doesn't have to be sour. In my first company i had a very senior designer who left in a month or two of joining. But it was not frowned upon. Really depends on the team culture too

I would say if the new offer is really good and from a better company then you can take it. It's not easy nowadays to get offers only.

It happens a lot, generally HR won't match your salary and also it doesn't look good on paper, so yeah continue for at least 6 months or a year.
