Thinking of buying a flat

Hi everyone! I am thinking to buy a flat. My budget is max 45lacs. But I am thinking of taking a loan of 45lacs. Me & my bro total income is near about 1lacs per month. And daily expenses is just 20k. So it's a good idea that I go for it ? Pls advise me the same.
