Thinking of a switch - Need advice

I’m a 2-year experienced SDE, and I’ve been with my current company for about 3 months now. Lately, I’ve been facing some tough challenges - mainly around a toxic work culture, unclear role expectations, and uncertainty about long-term growth. I’m seriously considering switching jobs in the next few months, even though it would be a short stint. I wanted to get your thoughts on this - especially how it might be seen by future employers and how best to approach the situation. Would really appreciate your perspective.
