Thinking of a new job what salary can I expect

My current package is 6lpa for 3.5 years of experience How much can I expect for other company? How much difference can it be between service based and product based company offers ? Atlst hike percentage?

Deoends on company. Most mnc maintain a silent mininum tied to bands. They might try to low ball the band but other wise it would be most fair. Start ups are highly varied in numbers. If anyone tries to offer you in percentage be clear, that based on my current package the percentage might be high but actual increment is not!
