Thinking about GitHub Copilot Certification – Worth it?
Hi everyone 👋 I’m considering whether to pursue the GitHub Copilot Certification and wanted to get some perspectives from the community.
For those who’ve already explored or completed it:
Did it add practical value to your day-to-day work?
Does it meaningfully validate Copilot usage skills?
Would you recommend it for developers/analysts using Copilot regularly?
I’m especially interested in knowing whether it helps beyond basic Copilot usage and if it’s worth the time investment.

Neither useful nor impressive on resume. So no need to do it unless it's a mandate by your employer
Thanks for your views, I was evaluating between these two ,Azure 900 and Copilot.
Copilot better than 900 however both are useless :)
Unless your company will give you some benefit for it, I don't think it's useful and hence didn't pursue it even though I was offered training and a voucher for the exam
