One point to add here is about maintaining the performance so you will not get 'C' or 'D' band. I got to know that if the associate gets this band he gets back to ninja cadre.

If I am not wrong, this is applicable only if you clear Wings1 program after joining TCS and becomes TCS Digital.

For people joining as TCS digital, this is not applicable.

Nothing different, tcs ninja and tcs digital people do the same work. If you are interested in development please refuse the support projects, you will face difficulty while leaving those projects once you join
