I joined Accenture as a fresher, I want to know the best do's and don't that I should know to grow my career here as well as after Accenture.
Do’s: Don’t work after 6PM if your shift starts from 10 AM
Don’ts: Pick up call of your manger/TL after 6 PM
Do's : Earn cloud certifications if you have time and are eligible to apply for it. (Certificates like AWS, RedHat, Azure, or Oracle). These certifications will be of high value in your next career cycle, plus as a fresher you have some time to spare in earning these!
Don't : work extra hours from the beginning. If you do, they will take you for granted and will put on an exponential amount of tasks next time. Work diligently but smartly. Know when to say no and when to stay a little more while from time to time.
