Things I need to get before 3 months of notice period

Well I resigned in TCS from 1 year of toxicity and currently preparing for UPSC. My yoe is 1 year, what are the things I need to take like letters or documents like that. Please let me know so that I can take my belongings and not want to step here again in future.
