Trending @Infosys; They will automatically add us in Platinum Club or need to send recommendation from manager ?

This year I got outstanding rating & last year my rating is commendable.. I have also high DQ score around 220 they will automatically add me in platinum club or I need recommendation from my manager for it ?? If anyone know on any other criteria or process related to it please let me know ??

Your past rating matters , should be CD or OS and manger has to feel you are worthable resource. Manager has to nominate yoy for platinum club.

Infosys policies are change for every CY, it depends on their polices. Howevrr, you can reachout to manager on the salary, though he/she cannot do anything.
