So we are here from 2 years working hard with 30k salary in these expensive metro cities living in matchboxes.
It was communicated that default promotions will happen after 2 years , but now leads are saying that it stopped and will be on basis of performance and techleap(most of us couldnt pass it) . Shittiest thing and behaviour. Now in default promotion there is bias and favouritism (A girl got promotion) , we work same even others who more work dont get.
They literally have a consulting company but couldnt figure this out. High time we show this company they are nothing without us.
I urge all the ase who didnt get promoted upskill and leave this hell. Show them what it means.

They'll hire new people, just look at the market situation. People are begging for jobs. I understand you're angry and your concern is important at the very least but it'll take eradicating poverty from India in order to achieve what you want.

Ase get 32k , even if no promotion we get 3-4K extra as hike. Level 11 gets 40k, just for 3-4 k extra they are making us suffer. Its just not a matter of money. When we ask anything they dont take associates seriously . Its about the appreciation we will feel that we took a step ahead , a promotion to make us feel happy.

It also depends in project, how much importance of your project in company

Technically accenture never promised ASEs anything. Default promotions are company decision and not written in letter of intent of joining letter. Second, chances of favoritism in default promotions are zero. They happen automatically without looking at your name or project.

Thats what i am saying now with default project gone. Its happening in basis of favouritism
