I already posted the same news but no one believes. People are still in their comfort zone. Reality is regular meetings happening every week to discuss how to reduce headcount by automation and AI.
A mass layoff is coming soon this year that's for sure.
People dont want the truth. There is alot of factors for the upcoming lay off but yeah they are too into promotion and Hike.
