They are making you weak.... They are ensuring when you go in market to sell yourself, you are not compete t at that time. They keep make you lazy... It's a Trap leave it soon!!!
I agree with you bro...There is hardly 1 hour work in my project. client not interested. TCS is not releasing. TCS only intetested in generating billing...from past 1 year i feel like i dont have any skillset...Other people in TCS say...waah kya life hai teri...koi kaam nai chill life.i know from inside what am missing..They dont release even if you have less or little work...

Keep trying brother, who knows may the person who will take your interview could be from TCS too.... It would be easy for you to make him fool, as a TCSer we all are fools that staying back here..... 😂
@DraftyShop You can learn new tech stacks, do some certification, participate in hackethon and many more. Once done based on that you will ask your manager to give you release from the project.
