They are keeping the AC off in ODC.

We are literally sweating every day, getting suffocated and feeling exhausted just after sitting in ODC for a few minutes.

We called the AC operator, he says will turn on AC (just talks) then after many hours they will start at very very low power like just for name sake, and then turn off again within an hour.

Anyone facing the same issue?

Are they doing this to reduce operational cost??
