They are here to ruin career

I joined TCS two years ago, for the first year I did not get any appraisal and 0% increment and this year got a C band with 1.34% increment wherein effective is 0.58 % increment. The management is the worst and they are a group of 10 people working in the same project for more than 10 years and favour each other. In the last two years only they have doubled their package using wings and all. They get instant approval for whatever they apply for. Seriously frustrated!
