Trending @Accenture; These Accenture HRs and Leadership have put this company on a brink of collapse.

They don’t care about there people anymore from three years they are just confusing people by saying their appraisal cycle has moved 6 months ahead, they are just fooling it’s people. 90% of SMs are utter waste, HRs are puppet of SMs and ADs, Directors. EY, Deloitte, PWC have at least raised the concerns via mail over current conflict and urged its employees of north India to limit their travel. How Accenture can be such inhuman organisation, I think they are on the verge of collapse like Cognizant, that’s the reason they are overlooking each and every thing which is related to employee. They themselves don’t know how to come out of mess they have created in-the company . We are hearing they are forcing resignation on the same day to level 11 and 12 resources .

They have made it sustainable actually in this environment. Taking from employees and putting it in their books makes them look good to the shareholders. Bad for employees, extremely.

Roughly 21% people are in bench Where as the healthy number for any organisation is 12~14% So now they are firing
