I don't know the context of the tweet but if it is related to AI.
I think there are two ways ahead, a senior who knows how to use AI, will be at far advantage then a junior with/out AI. Only because industry experience
And for junior with AI usage knowledge is better than senior who is manually doing everything.

So in a way both will be there but only crux will be whether you know usage of AI or not. For a senior who knows could judge whether ai is doing right or wrong
For junior with AI, has the ability to learn fast with AI

Total BS

Junior with AI better than senior who manually codes? Get ready for a broken prod every week.. if the code even gets through QA

Are they cracked engineers that's why they are coming after our job? I am also seeing many on twitter, in a very small age they are building things which we are not even thinking of doing and that's awesome. Instead of being afraid we should learn and get inspired from them and start our own journey as well.
