Thermofisher Oracle CPQ

I might move to Oracle CPQ for thermofisher project in TCS. If anyone has worked on this, is this a good project? I want to have a work life balance.

I know some will say we will never have WLB in TCS but still is it better than other projects ? Is there pressure and micro management ?
