There's no Odc for us.

We're sitting in training room and working there for 10 hours and facing backpain issues. Our project doesn't support for odc and our DM is very rude and dominating.

Take a Chatai and a Pillow and rest for sometimes in training rooms.. Only when these images circulate online and people will mock management and company then only they will understand 😂😂😂

Same case with many ppl.. working from cafeteria, open space, lobby, rooftop etc in various weather conditions without any chair or proper ergonomics conditions using mobile internet. Pathetic...
