Some seniors barely work, push their tasks onto juniors (on top of our own workload), and then take full credit in front of clients. And the moment you try to set boundaries, they escalate things unnecessarily. What’s worse is that managers and senior managers often believe them blindly without understanding the full story.
Corporate life is becoming more toxic day by day. It’s frustrating to feel unheard and unsupported. Sometimes I genuinely hope they experience a situation someday where they realize—yes, this is karma for how I treated others.And I pray for my growth and a downfall for them .
Its not like I have never met good seniors . So much Good that you wish them success in life , you wish their happiness .
