Thanks for this and appreciate the efforts. However, Private sector companies know how to play with these laws and what they want to happen will continue. Let's just hope for the business environment to get better.

Definitely, but meanwhile business environment gets positive the way forcefully few people are asked to resign needs to be looked upon seriously. We are 6 lakhs in number and even 20 percent people sign this we can hope this issue gets highlighted at a global level.

All above c2 level feel unsafe in this environment. Their target is clear, fire as much as possible and add freshers.
