Get more productive with and by yourself. Learn advanvce things in your domain so that you excel in your work. Butter your manager more than telugu people. Become succha person that you are everyone's first choice and a favorable person. Then they ll automatically start developing soft corner for you. Whenever you talk to them try talking in a friendly way and not by holding any grudges because we cannot change people and ideologies. Just chill and its will get sorted. And this self development will also help in you switching the place and project sooner.
