Trending @Accenture; The worst organization
Accenture is seriously the worst organization I have ever worked with, guys don't join this shitty org, the managers here are pathetic, they don't care about the employee's mental condition, till the time you are working and not asking anything in return and taking whatever they are giving, they will be good with you.
Once you start asking for your well deserved hike / promotion, even the variable pay part, they will show their true colors.
Fuck you guys, shame on you Accenture.

Sad but true. Also believe me there is nothing in managers hands as well.. apart from selecting their own favourites for the budget they get. That too HR has all the policies in the world to make sure deserving person never gets a promotion or proper hike.
