My assigned mentor is terrible. How do I navigate this without burning bridges? I was excited about having a mentor, but they're always canceling our meetings and giving outdated advice. Has anyone successfully switched mentors or dealt with a bad match?

You can record every day discussion points over an email clearly and share it with the mentor looping the manager in the same. Your manager would know that u r being taught wrong things probably it can improve or your mentor himself will start being punctual
