The victims of plane crash
I dont know how company to paying so much amount to victims of plane crash in Ahmedabad if they are in loss. but they are not able to pay Actual CTC TO their hard working. Employees , its better to not give 100% so that tcs will not able to pay our earn money just wasting in such incident we really miss Ratan sir, if they were here definitely think about us not for Management. No feedback taken from employees because they know consultancy will be vanished from atleast india.

There is an international law defining compensation. Most of the money will come from insurance companies not from Tata's pockets. They just have to pay the amount beyond insurance limit. TCS and air india are separate, only way tcs can send money to tata sons is via dividend payouts.
Actually, Tata sons is like the central figure that takes money from their profitable ventures and pumps money into their businesses which have high debts.
Example if you look at the debt of IndHotel, Tata Chem, Tata Power, and so on, it's reducing rapidly. Revenue and operating cost is growing but debt is reducing.
I believe Shashank Udupa explained in one of his Videos how Reliance, Tata, Adani, Birla etc use a strategy to derive divert profits from their successful businesses with high OPM into their upcoming or future businesses.
Other finance classes teach the same. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, all do the same.
Since Air India is not listed we don't see it but a huge chunk of TCS profits are used to boost other businesses or future businesses of Tata group.

They are getting 4 thousand cr Plan cost around 11k to 12k cr 250 cr they are giving to victim 4000-1200-250=2550cr
