The untold story of TCS Life !
It takes me a lot of courage to confess that in spite of 6 YoE in multiple domains and various roles from associate level to Project Manager role, I am ending my TCS career at 2.6 LPA which I started from 2 LPA in 2019 without any offer in hand.
Whatever interview calls I am receiving, either they are not comfortable to take me for degrade role (customer representative, associate, etc.) OR I am not matching with salary criteria of managerial role due to Salary bracket.
In short, I must say TCS had ruined my career. Even I am trying to opt for delivery boy role in zomato, swiggy, etc..They are also not comfortable in hiring me for them.
Can anyone suggest what to do next ?
Bhai, even I am hugely underpaid, but 2.6 LPA at project manager role? In 6 years? Have you been getting c,d? No promotions in 6 years? How did any project let you to go till project manager level then?
I'm not saying this is untrue, sala tcs me kuch bhi ho sakta h abhi 😂 Only way for you is to escalate within Tcs as this is not enough to survive even.
Be a contractor in transport in TCS or change your role for admin lots of under table money in admin
I would suggest learn Data Analytics especially observebility perspective splunk or Dyanatrace you will get benefited.
No need to buy any courses youtube Playlist are there you can learn easily
I am really sorry this is happening to you 2 LPA to 2.6LPA over 5-6 years is unfair
I must ask - why are Zomato or Swiggy not comfortable hiring you? That seems a bit weird to me. What do you think the reason is?
I am just trying to figure if there's a fundamental issue we can help you spot and fix

Try for JPMC etc , they need many people with project managment and software development and other such roles , better company and they should hire you for better package , What shocking experince this is
Even in JPMC , BPO people have become Product Manager etc with experince , JPMC in Technical roles etc will be better or atleast any business role .
I would suggest to look for another job without notifying that you have worked as project manager and join as a team lead and you may notify you have handled a team so atleast you get the job with a higher package . All the best for your future.
Learn some coding and join other company as programmer bro .. u got age , don't down urself .. keep ur head high and work on ur skillset ..
