Don't know! I think they are cutting the cost. They are not at all making it easier to write these with Infrastructure and technical challenges.
PP should work. May be your unit is not eligible for PP

Maybe, I have given power programmer 6 times till now and failed. I guess it's not for me, instead it's better to look for outside opportunities
