Stayed loyal to Infy for 7 long years. Worked weekends, pulled all-nighters, always went the extra mile. And what did I get in return? Passed over for promotions, measly hikes, and a pat on the back. Meanwhile, my friends who job-hopped are earning double and enjoying better work-life balance. Lesson learned the hard way: loyalty means nothing here. Look out for yourself first, because this company sure as hell won't.

I saw my managers LinkedIn profile.. he is working from 16 years in the same company. He started as systems engineer and right now manager.
