Speed being down has absolutely 0 impact on business. So neither the CEO nor any higher management give a shit about it. Also, there's no official mail about the release of bands. So there's no ownership as well for the release.

No, actually all of a sudden loads get increased and not informed in email that bands are released. Also, this will not impact business and tcs will not get any loss. So as a business, it's a waste of giving a higher cpu if there are no loads in other days. Yes, they should increase availability when they think like loads gets increased
