15 days. Was sold a bullshit growth story that evaporated the moment I saw what’s going on under the hood.

6 months (including 3 month notice). Exited for a better pay

20 days - left with proper documentation. Glad I did.

What did you see?

8 months - toxic clients & project atmosphere

2 weeks, I absconded
PS: don’t ask for details 😅😅

Better offer and opportunity.

4 months, trust me when it doesn’t feels right - just leave!

Less than 7 days!!! This was during Covid time 2019 after the first lockdown- I joined a Chennai based logistics company and left after working 5 days. The reasons I left is -1. No work from home as I am new hire and the working culture is dam worst!! 2. Reporting manager behaviour is too scary during team meetings. 3. Realisation how company culture is important - I moved from a company where the culture is excellent and it has only 4 day work week! Finally I am soooo lucky the same company I left for this bullshit company hired me back on a special case scenario. Just back to my role with same ctc. From this experience, I am too careful on choosing companies.

Which company has a 4 day work week?

5 days. The manager asked to rectify the bugs from day 1 within a 3-day timeline and also asked to stay for the night if it is taking time to go through the legacy code.
