Trending @Capgemini; The Salesforce offer
Currently working in Capgemini Mumbai location with 5YOE in salesforce technology with well project dependency and good USA based client with 17LPA fix. Also, got 2 rating in YER 2025. Today, I have got an offer from The Salesforce hyderabad, but surprisingly they are offering only 19 LPA even after clearing their 3 rounds of interview process, I am shocked and terrified with their response on compensation part as I was expecting min 25-30 LPA from Salesforce considering location change from Mumbai to HYD. I am very much confused to take concrete decision whether to stay back with Caogemini or to join Salesforcethe company!!
Salesforce is a good company. One of my friend went to abroad branch for position upgrade.
That's true. But if we see compensation, In Capgemini also I will get this much hike in YER2025 as same as what salesforce is offering. So I am confused to switch company and city!
