The salary distribution graph needs a filter on salary date

The graph has become a nice source for comparing where your salary stands in your field, but it's hard to ignore the fact that we don't know when the salary was given.

2022 was a gold mine, compared to the market right now where jobs are hard to come by. I think having a salary date filter (past x months) will also help gauge how the job market actually is right now.
