The RMG's are the worst

they see unallocated people who are on bench as if they are meant for nothing but to be honest actually the RMG people are the one who are enjoying the perks of getting salary for doing nothing and they dont have any knowledge regarding the projects and whom to tag to which project and who are hired for which project(which they should be)...i see them as flopped engineers having some power ..thats it and if we don't accept the project they say HR action and HR are one kind of chess players...when it came to Wings1 they told to get ADC compliance and again after the assessment they changed the criteria to be ADC compliant and have the audacity to send mails saying be ADC compliant..you are not ADC compliant Hypocrisy at its best

RMG folks, they think they're the bosses but lack the real skills. They just push people around without knowing anything about projects. It's like they enjoy the power trip. HR plays their own games too, changing rules like it's nothing. It's frustrating, but that's the corporate world for you.

The thing about this MNC is they dont want to retain the talent they are in notion that they gonna hire somebody else again in ur place...

Destroying our careers are their first job. Both Mentally and physically. We are being tortured to choose a call Centre project and if not treat us like convicts in prison I have had enough with them and now I am resigning without offers just because I'm not getting any project calls and forced to to take one support project which is completely night shift. Not sure what age we are living while world is advancing with technology these people want us to sit 10 hrs and speak with like call center

Thats the hard thing we always here tcs is a retirement company because at that age you will be given hell lot of power but whereas for the freshers it is really tough and the mid level people in this MNC are like proper government employees with no skills..

TCS order of priority

  1. Share holders
  2. Admins
  3. HR and RMG
  4. Security
  5. IT and Finance support teams
  6. Dogs in the campus
  7. Fallen dry leaves

Employees allocated to projects, who are they..? No one cares about them..!

I was also on bench for 5 months. During that period they allocates me for some support role in Bridgestone. I talked with them and they said you aren't given a choice and after talking with Bridgestone manager they agreed to deallocate me. Since I'm from data science field.

Then on January I got project of machine learning.

You are lucky enough to get the deallocation or release from the project in the first place...whereas in certain accounts they gonna target u if u ask for a release of that project...its a misery i dont understand how tcs is retaining its reputation outside with such toxic political structure...

I agree.
Due to their fuckup, I ended up in a support project and couldn't even reject it.

It is okay being in support if you are getting adequate time to improve your skills but if not as in my case then its a misery going forward i feel...
