A manager who actually feels you are important and/or a manager who wants to promote you ✅

its upto manager who sends ur nominations in their list, make sure u r on 1st/2nd on priority or reccomendation list

Truth be told.. I am not sure how that works too. I have been on top of that list for a year now. And I still didn't get my promotion in this cycle too.
