I'm working on a project with a team that includes some client-side resources. Unfortunately, the lead from their side is completely incompetent. He fails to clarify tasks and user stories, can't explain the approach, doesn't coordinate properly, and ignores my queries for hours—sometimes indefinitely. Every single message is left on seen, making it nearly impossible to move forward.

As a result, when I'm asked for updates in daily calls, I often have nothing new to report because I’m still waiting on his responses. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck due to someone else’s inefficiency.

Meanwhile, my friend is working on a different project with a team of English developers and has a completely different experience. They communicate effectively, respond on time, understand issues, and resolve queries without arrogance or attitude.

The contrast is disheartening.
