Insecurity doesn’t care about your designation, seniority, department or gender Insecurity doesn't care about your role, title and tenure It's most likely the ONLY equal opportunity cheerleader in your office It's most likely the ONLY thing in the office that works harder than you ... because it’s on everyone’s payroll, free of charge

Privately... Well, that’s a different story 😜
Irrespective of your profession and what role you are in, we are all humans first. Insecurities are a trait of human beings and they won't go away. We only stop being insecure about one thing before adding another to the list.
