
The new WFO index is shit!!!
The new wfo index for January is out and it seems TCS wants to increase their profit by cutting employee variables.

People are going to leave this sh*t place if this is what they want. No flexibility, no good salary, only cutting variable pay. Who want a toxic place like this !

On December , I had a 7 no-show but got 91%. On January ,I had a 8 no-show but got 64%. I have no idea how they are calculating itโitโs very pathetic!

Thank god I left this Shit Company

Recently went to office by car and noticed lot of empty space in basement parking which was not the case few months ago.

Calculation changed from this jan
Earlier it was WFO+ leave+ Exception+ holiday (holiday , Saturday, Sunday) / Total days in Month
Now it seems it is changed to
(WFO + Exception+ Leave) / Total Working day only
So percentage of index come down
Ultimately Management and HR of TCS become dracula/Vampire .. who suck salary of employees..
Leave , or get frustrated always with daiky basis changing policy of TCS
Companies who are laying off is better than TCS..alteast one time shock they are giving .bot daiky mental agony like TCD

I think from jan the system got updated and showing the correct calculation.

What is the change??
I see 100% as I worked all days (offcourse not full 9 hours). So at least I don't see any change in WFO index calculations (total number of hours not yet included).

Why their calculation keeps changing,I used to get 100% even with 5 no shows
