I have resigned from tcs with no offer last day was last Friday. . if u want to switch just switch or take a break and upskill yourself . There are a lot of jobs . U just have to be irreplaceable with a lot of dependency on you

If you have relevant skill sets, then you are totally safe. Also Market isn't that bad. I can see for MDM roles there is alot of demand happening and switches.
