Trending @Accenture; The manager threatened to add behavioral feedback as I didn't email the client regarding my sick leave

My current new client has been very uncooperative and I think I am unable to gain their trust somehow. One day due to my personal emergency I was unable to join the office and forgot to notify the same client. I accepted my mistake and I was astonished to know that my manager threatened me that he will be adding negative feedback as it's a behavioral issue with the employee. Now I'm trying to leave this job as I'm feeling the overall toxicity with the project. Will this impact my future job hunting during BG checks?
