Trending @Wipro; The manager is not approving my headphone request. What to do?

I seriously don’t understand how those managers are earning in lakhs while we, the so-called “elite” employees, are stuck with peanuts for salaries. And when we try to get even the smallest benefit that’s well within Wipro’s policies, they show their true colors by rejecting it without a second thought. It’s frustrating and absolutely unfair!
