The longer I work in corporate, the more I realize, most 'urgent deadlines' are just poor planning of someone who won't admit it.

Level 1 is from newsflow-driven senior management who don't understand the importance of measured action
Level 2 is from incompetent managers who don't push back upwards, can't prioritize, and just stress out teams
Level 3 is from poor planning by managers and team leads
