It’s ironic how some so-called HR professionals claim to support employees but often act solely based on what suits the organization. When an employee receives a better opportunity and requests an early release, say within 30 days , their concerns are often ignored, and delays are intentional. Yet, the same HRs won’t hesitate to ask bench employees to leave on immediate notice, without any consideration.
They call themselves professionals, but their actions often reflect otherwise. If any HR is reading this, remember “Karma is real”.Don’t play with someone’s career. What goes around, comes around.

Very true… who knows what is the importance of this job in someones life. Asking the bench resources to leave is not professional. There are some skills which are getting outdated then as an exception take them on secondary skill. No project is ready to take a resource based on secondary skill. HRs cannot help resources get a project based on secondary skill but they are ready throw people out naming it as LAY OFF
