Trending @Accenture; The hike percentage is the same last cycle and this cycle but the amount is half now.

I got the same variable pay percentage in the last cycle and this cycle but the amount is half of the amount which was received in the last cycle and this is the same for my teammate also.

Does anyone know why this thing happened?
