The Hidden Layers of Team Behavior
Some colleagues can be quite unpredictable — they appear friendly on the surface but tend to conceal important information. A few are overly focused on taking credit, even when they lack real knowledge. The genuinely hardworking ones usually stay quiet, while others invest their time in flattering the manager or getting pleasure from highlighting juniors' mistakes. It becomes really difficult to understand who is genuine and how to interact with each person accordingly🤷🏻♀️

Take a 10-min AI interview to qualify for numerous real jobs auto-matched to your profile 🔑Consider everyone same in the team and your life will get a little better.. Even in my team I feel the same so i don’t expect anything from them neither credit or anything and accordingly I work. After office hours I don’t even reply to them because i know the leads are going to take all the credits for my extra efforts so why put it for others
What I have learned in my time is, treat people how they treat you, as simple as that, don’t take shit from anyone, and if someone tries to act sly, say it to their face, be it whoever, don’t let things slide, or you’ll become the slide people put their ass and drag on.😴 Just a saying in Hindi, which I love “Kisike baap ka thodi khaya hai”
