
The Hell with this policy
This is getting really F-uped. This is the new policy update for WFO. Heads up.


Anyone knows how to file compliant in NITES? Everyone should compliant against TCS in NITES

And the worst part of the policy is even if you achieve 85% wFO there is no surety of 100% QVA .. as they mentioned as per company decision.. so if they decided 35% they will give only 35% as per the decision even if you travelled for 85% day ..
Just way to torture employees..

Assuming we are part of a unit of 1000 people, our contribution is 0.1% to the unit performance.
But unit performance has a 15-20% contribution to our pay.
When a unit performs under par (as per their judgement) they will take out money from our pay.
And when it performs over par, TCS will take the profit. And we will get our initial promised pay which we deserve anyways.
In a nutshell, they're privatising their profits and democratizing losses. And they decide what's profit and loss.

The real problem is that still some or even more employees will try to follow this which makes the organisation easier way to punish rest of the employees. If everyone understand it's pain and stopped RTO completely ignoreling the performance pay(anyway even if we get, it will be gone as expense), organisation can't do anything. They have to come to reality without why choice !! Unfortunately employees won't be united !!!!

There will always be someone kissing asses.

Collectively..Employees are too chicken to go on a strike for a couple of days to protest this shit.

I get your point brother. But times are not very good for corporate workers. We need a good number of people for this and am completely aware we don't have that kind of support.
