The Gardener and the Star
There once was a quiet gardener who spent every day planting trees he would never sit under. When asked why, he would simply smile and say, "Some things are planted for someone else's shade."
One evening, he found a star that had fallen into his garden....a small, glowing thing, too delicate for the rough world. He didn’t try to claim it. He didn’t put it in a jar. Instead, he built a little clearing where the star could shine brighter than ever, free and wild.
Visitors came from everywhere to admire the garden. But the gardener never told anyone that every flower he planted, every path he carved, every stone he moved..... was for the star he once found.
He just stood quietly at the edge, hands muddy, heart full, watching her light up the whole sky.
