The experienced colleague in my office is not supportive. How do I make her favourable to me ? She don't like work collaboratively when managers assigns a task for us. When I ask her she used to say Sir have not said to me do that.

In the meeting itself, ask her that you need some support from her. Then she will not deny.

Mention in meeting that you are stuck on so and so task. You have tried this and that or you do not have any idea what it is. And you need someone support. Most likely, a good team lead or client would ask someone to assist you.

Create a common group of all the discussions along with your manager, Track and divide your tasks with her on an excel sheet and share with your manager

Point is to make it common with your manager, so that manager knows what she is doing under the table

Why do you need dependency, if you face any issues then check with vendor support or any other channels. I'm doing the same it works for me.

Well raise it to you manager, not like a complain, but as concern. He might talk to her.

Managers scolded her, infact. But I don't want her to be rude with me

Ghost such employees after asking 1/2 times at max, and start taking ownership.
